Established in 1991, Boateng, Offei & Co [BOC] is the local correspondent firm for Grant Thornton International, one of the world’s leading organizations of independently owned and managed accounting and consulting firms providing audit and assurance, tax and specialist advisory services to privately held businesses and public interest entities. Boateng, Offei & Co also provides taxation, corporate secretarial, business valuation, as well as business advisory services. The firm employs over Forty [40] professional and related staff, operating primarily from Accra as well as in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana.
Boateng, Offei & Co has wide-ranging experience performing statutory and compliance audits at both project and organizational levels. Our approach focuses on areas of high risk and helps to identify potential problems early in the process. Our audit tools which include the Grant Thornton audit software [Voyager] are designed to meet the needs of companies of various sizes, complexity and ownership and comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
